Today we are joined by Jini Tyler a licensed psychotherapist and cognitive-behavioral therapist. Jini has 17 years of experience in her field and specializes in many things including working with anxiety in children and adults. Jini became interested in psychology when she took a class in high school. She was so intrigued by why people do what they do and how social constructs can influence mental health.   Jini explains that anxiety is a feeling or state of uneasiness, worry, or tension. Which can happen out of the blue or be triggered by a certain event, she shares that there are three main aspects of anxiety, how she sees anxiety manifest for men and what you can do at home to conquer your anxiety.
