Description

In the modern era, there is no better skill than effective communication. Opening up to who you are, expressing your feelings, and sharing your thoughts/knowledge can be difficult sometimes. Saichandra describes his first leap of how his first venture as a teacher assistant at UCLA was a stepping stone to becoming a better speaker, a mentor, more outgoing, proactive, conversationalist, and be able to interact with many people at a given time. He goes onto explaining how one great skill led him to being involved in starting a club, a podcast with his friends and his reflection on his sense of purpose.
