To kick off our Nutrition Series, Eating Psychology Coach, Rita Glynn, explains how our relationship to food and nutrient-balance play a significant role in our mental/emotional health. She illustrates how the gut and the brain are connected and affect physical well-being. Her ability to play detective makes her a fabulous coach for kids and adults, and she helps parents understand how to talk to children about how they are feeling in relation to food.
