Description

Pharmacy student Shani Park shares a day in the life in one of the most competitive Pharmacy programs in the U.S. and how, when it all feels overwhelming, she finds comfort in her Korean roots. Shani finds solace in the kitchen and fills her cup with the things she loves (dancing and raising a new pepper plant). She reflects on the challenges of growing up a minority and how important it is to teach kids that trying and accepting food from unfamiliar cultures is important and fun!

With the many wonderful cultures in America, is there even such a thing as American food? The team reflects on this cognizance.
