In this episode, we go over meditations on love and working on the various passionate parts of your life. We reference the spiritual text, 'The Zohar' and a specific mediation on 'letters' as well as the names of GOD. Towards the later half we go over a practice known as Darshan or eye gazing where one focuses on the sight/appearance and is often done with a partner. We further highlight more Tantric partner practices.
