Join me to sit with my friend Shamash Alidina. Author of 10 books including Mindfulness For Dummies and The Mindful Way through Stress. He has been practising mindfulness since 1998 and teaching people mindfulness online since 2013.
We discuss more about kindness and how it relates to practising mindfulness.  We try to make it simple for you to practise mindfulness in a way that suits you best. There is no perfect way to practise.
