It’s a very hot and humid day today. The last couple of days have been very hot. I feel the heaviness on my body and find it difficult to get things done. I realised I needed to make a shift, to go with the flow and adjust my routine. The mornings and evenings are cooler the time to be outside and busy and during the day I take it slow and rest and go at a different pace. It takes some time to re-adjust your habits and make changes. Slowly slowly and with kindness, you can make small tiny changes to help you to go with the flow and improve your daily routine.
