Time is limited. In Oliver Burkeman’s new book ‘Four Thousand Weeks: Time management for mortals’. He says we have 4,000 weeks if we live to 80 years of age. We cannot get everything done. The more we do the more we continue to do. It is endless. I share with you about how I have tried to simply my life during the last 6 years. I think less is more. Doing the few things we can do with more presence and enjoyment. For example, I talk about gardening and growing your own food. It takes one to two hours a day to water the garden. The pleasure in eating the food you have grown is immense. Also the overall experience when you compare it to going to the supermarket. We cannot do everything, so what is it that you really want to do? https://www.oliverburkeman.com/books
