Dr. Emily Smith has her Ph.D. in Lifespan Developmental Psychology with an emphasis in statistical analysis. She has been with the Center for Family and Community Engagement in Raleigh for over three years now and broadly, her program of research includes examining prevalent stressors experienced by youth and adults, identifying maladaptive environments, systems, and investigating subsequent behavioral and developmental outcomes.
