James talks to martial arts coach Phil Else in this episode of Chat with the coach about his journey from getting in to martial arts as a young man, to now being a full time part of the Wild Training instructor team. Phil is a phenomenal athlete and has a huge depth of knowledge across so many different styles of martial arts.
