So I’m now well ahead of my goal as a New Years resolution! 

🥅  So rather than giving up I took up reading more again, I set myself the target of reading a book every month 🎯  

Well last night I got within 20 pages of finishing my second book of the month.  The book is David Attenborough’s book as his witness statement onto the world 🌍  

His books, documentaries and his sheer passion massively inspire me as a person. He is 94 and has just written this book. 

📚  His current documentary and book compliment each other very well, and the purpose of his book is to demonstrate that our behaviours on this planet are not sustainable and at some point all the damage we create is going to blow up in our face! 

💥  Humans are often very unsustainable in nature. I see it all the time with my practice members. They start a process, feel better and forget about actually fixing the problem. 

🔧  The lasting results therefore don’t occur... If you start recycling and do it for 6 weeks that’s great but if you stop you haven’t actually made that huge an impact. 

♻️  Well the same runs true if you only do the exercises for 2-3 weeks, or only have a couple of sessions of therapy. (The rubbish may have started to clear, but the likelihood is it will build up again if you stop taking care again) 

💪  Who will you be? the one hit wonder, or the sustainable warrior! ⚔️
