Staying hydrated has soooooooooo many health benefits i cannot even start to explain. something as simple as drinking more water can help with digestion, aid recover and even reduce pain. but the government are not very clear on their guidelines and recommend 2 litres per day. But think, all shapes, sizes, weight and activity can't be the same.
