What’s adaptation? Our body has a talent of being adaptable, this is the ability to change to your surroundings. However we can create both good and bad adaptations. An example of good adaptations would be building more muscle from exposures to stress that requires strength. In the very same way we could effectively cause tightness by sitting in the same position for 8 hours a day. Our nerve system detects changes in the environment and will adapt to these to make things more efficient in the future. If we don’t use this amazing system things start to weaken, again this is an adaptation, but is not beneficial. So how do we make good adaptations?.?.?.
