Often we want to achieve things without putting anything into it. skills require practice. Degrees/PHDs require study Fat loss requires effort All require sacrifice in either time, money or energy. You cannot achieve without some sacrifices. Most will have given up something to achieve what they have. If you don't want to give anything up you need to discover ways to leverage your time, e.g. use a stationary bike when you read a book or listen to podcasts so you make better use of the time!
