🤔 why is it so hard to change certain habits? 🤔  🚬 even something like smoking we know it’s bad we still do it 🚬  🥤 I had a client drinking 10 cans of coke a day 🥤  🏃‍♂️ I also have so many clients that do not know how to move correctly or just don’t move enough 🏃‍♂️  It takes roughly 21 days to build a habit or trait and roughly 100 repetitions. On the other hand it can take upwards of 1000 repetitions to break an old or bad habit such as giving up on bad mental attitude, smoking, eating badly.  Many will fail once and say “it didn’t work” or “I’ve tried”. If it’s going to take 1000 repetitions it’s safe to say there may be a few opportunities to fall off the wagon.  One of my mentors once said going through one red light 🛑 doesn’t mean you jump the next 6 😉
