Movement is key for brain health π§ But what if the spine isnβt moving well enough? π€ Itβs suspected when spinal movement has deteriorated it will not only affect mechanics of a joint but the feedback going to the brain. This could have an impact on your nerves π¬ There are things you can do to make sure this doesnβt happen:
β move more: exercise, stretch
β avoid being stationary too long: sitting in a desk or sofa
β get therapy: chiropractic, massage and physio are all great
This is not an exhausted list but it certainly will ensure that the body is functioning much better. There are tests you can use to measure these things which we I use with clients:
β posture
β balance
β coordination
β ranges of motion
β strength
These can tell how well a spine is or IS NOT moving π
