🙏 Humble to help! 🙏 We have just finished another one of our posture screens and there were so many different people with tonnes of different issues enquiring over the weekend! ☝️ One thing they all had in common was changes in normal anatomy! ☝️ We use posture to screen for causes for: ✅ headaches ✅ low back pain ✅ neck pain ✅ joint pains, knee, shoulders etc ✅ tension ✅ changes in coordination ✅ and more. We do this screen with ever patient and it’s been so much fun today to start help people find their way to recovery
