This is part two of an event that occurred on Wednesday 18th November 2020 which was a panel event. This part of the event showcased Michael Ndede and Norma Molla's research projects that they completed for their Masters theses. The research studies were about organisational politics and BAME employees and microaggressions in female BAME politicians in the UK. The last section of this episode was a question and answer session by the audience members.
