Jack accidentally falls for a liberal congresswoman (Edie Falco) who just so happens to be trying destroy him, NBC and Sheinhardt Wig Company and Tracy becomes determined to help Jack pursue his star-crossed love. Meanwhile Kenneth goes to great lengths to earn enough money to buy Jack pants and Liz becomes obsessed with the idea that her neighbor (Fred Armisen) is a terrorist in a classic cringe-worthy plot line. Also featuring Kristen Wiig as Congresswoman Cunningham in a Lifetime movie.
