Dua Aldasouqi is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and the founder of A Muslim Dietitian. She is also a graduate of Qalam Institute’s Seminary program and a current Alimiyyah student. She aims to serve her audience by providing them with the tools needed to navigate through the sea of nutrition information.
Dua strongly believes that it’s important to ensure the food we eat is pure, halal, and tayyib. If we are well informed we can in turn better inform the market.
She also genuinely believes that our relationship with food should not be complicated. Eating is an organic process but our bodies and minds are overstimulated with different flavors and information that we need help resetting.
