In the middle of rehearsing her production of Alice in Wonderland, Shirley collapses! Rushed by her friends and family (all still in costume), it turns out to be appendicitis. Fearful of the surgery going wrong, Shirley hides in the hospital, leading Laverne, Lenny, and Squiggy to give chase. Will she have her appendix out before it bursts?!
