This week we talk with 2nd Dan Black Belt/ Bikini Competitor and online coach Helena Sly. Living in Dubbo with her partner who is here on a placement as a DR. Helena has dealt with scoliosis, including enduring a spinal fusion and most recently diagnosed with ADHD. She is self driven, motivated and inspiring to say the least.
