Description

In our two week hiatus from posting new installments of LTET, we heard your cries for sports takes and we are back; ready to gingerly spoon them into your mouths, pour them in your ears, or inject them directly into your bloodstream if that's what your doctor has ordered. And if you like your takes to be edgy and controversial (and maybe with that delayed spiciness that hits you in the back of your throat), you're in good luck.
We'll be talking about all things COVID-19 related in sports, the Braves (not) signing former generational player Yasiel Puig, some light commiseration over the recent performance of Atlanta United, Cam Newton's dabbling in ancient texts, a good take from Skip Bayless (!!!), Tommy Tuberville's race to become Senator Click-Clack, and a unifying take about the state of Florida (that comes to us from the very good people of Florida). Also, we'll talk about a lawyer in Virginia who's about to be made filthy rich from the extreme makeover of the NFL team that plays in Washington, D.C.
We'll post links to the stories we discussed on our social media. We're on Facebook and Instagram at @letthemeattakes and on Twitter @eattakespod
