The Chosen…
You may remember learning about Bible characters in Sunday school as a child. You may have never heard of them at all. Are they real people? What can we learn from them?
From the beginning God has been communicating through His people to give the message of love, faithfulness, repentance, endurance, wisdom and humility. We see this message throughout the Bible in the historical documentation of men and women who were “The Chosen”.
Some people were willing to be used by God in any situation…and some not so willing!
Their stories and lives are not abstract, but timeless and applicable – today in our world, and in our own personal life.
We hope you enjoy exploring their stories with us as we grow and learn together about a God of love and mercy – even in judgement.
The Chosen begins the weekend of July 25th & 26th with the prophet Jeremiah. From there we learn from Jonah, Esther, Daniel, Paul, Peter and Jesus.
