In this episode I was joined by Head Coach of the Noble High School Wrestling team, Coach Gray. Coach Gray is a 2023 Inductee into the Maine Amateur Wrestling Hall of Fame, and was also named the 2023 Maine Amateur Wrestling Alliance Coach of the Year! Since taking over in 2017 he has lead the Knights to 3 State Championship wins in 2020, 2023, and a Dual State Title in 2020.
