We’re finishing up our observance of Sexual Assault Awareness month by speaking with Shannon today. Shannon is a survivor of sexual assault, and she’s here to talk about her healing journey. In our chat today, she’ll talk about the tools and resources she used to heal from trauma, loved ones who made a difference in her life, and challenges she overcame while she worked towards her recovery from a sexual assault. I’m thrilled to have her on the show today, and I can’t say how grateful I am that she reached out to me and offered to share her story.
