I’m talking with another co-worker today, and as always, I’m thrilled to get to share some of the fantastic work coming out of the WGRC with you all. Our guest today is Jessica Hoggle, one of our staff therapists. We’re talking today about her therapy group for survivors of interpersonal violence, and her experiences incorporating drumming and music therapy into her practice. We also talk about ways that individuals can incorporate music and movement into their own mindfulness practice, and resources for therapy practitioners who are interested in learning how they can incorporate these methods into their work.
