In our twenty-third of our series named “Islamically Independent”:
We talk about one of the things that undeniably many people face in life i.e. rejections. In this episode, we talk in light of this issue based on the fast and soon approaching Results Day for students living in the UK beginning 13th August to 20th August, and how to deal of rejections in terms of being rejected from your dream institution or how to deal with poor grades and scores for instance. We firstly start, in this podcast, by discussing why it is so hard to deal with rejections, followed by what Islam says about rejections and the correct way to deal and see them. We lastly discuss how to help someone else going through a rejection and how to help yourself through this pressuring and anxious time effectively.
