We were all jealous of something or someone, so it is normal to feel this way, but if we don’t control this, it can be toxic, negative and mentally and emotionally draining for us. With that in mind, in this episode, we first discuss why it is so hard to manage jealousy as young Muslims, followed by what Islam says about jealousy. Lastly, we finish the episode by giving away best and practical tips to manage and control jealousy in the most effective ways as much as possible.
