My name is Tara😊 Join me for a walk as I share a bit about my journey. We touch on trauma, alcoholism, jarring vs. subtle healing, and the pure magic that came when I started investing in myself. I talk about my humble beginnings with my part time side-hustle Red Cedar Studio, and how that blossomed into the business that I am so grateful to run today. You will even be serenaded by an ice cream truck at one point!🤣

My message: you don’t have to hit rock bottom to come to the healing/spiritual development/self development path. You are worthy and capable of living the life of your dreams! My intention: that you hear this message before you’ve ventured to rock bottom, so that you can come to a space of joy, happiness and bliss sooner.
