Joining us on Sheer Isolation this week are two of Bristol's most loved musicians; Elliot Hall and Sarah Larkham. Some know them as 'Larkham & Hall', others as 'Rapunzel', and many just know them as the music teachers who live on a barge (a wide-beam, Kieran... not a narrowboat ;) ).
In our chat, we also talk about their incredible charity work through the Mind Your Music project, Elliot shares his first-hand experience of overcoming schizophrenia, and how lockdown has brought out the author in both of them.
We're getting on board with the house-boat lifestyle with a couple of chilled out tracks - a bit of hiphop courtesy of Bath based Jay, and some Baltic Blues from Devon's Anja Graefe.
We also consider if the new Northern lockdown will have knock-on effects for the West's reawakening music scene.
