Description

In the week when Chancellor Rishi Sunak caused a stir with his comments on people retraining for viable jobs, we're joined by a Southampton based musician who did just that.

Sean McGowan was a regular face on the indie scene, supporting the likes of Frank Turner and the Levellers, while working at one of the city's premier music venues, The Joiners.

He's spent the summer training to be a barber and now cuts hair for a living, although he hasn't given up on returning to the music scene soon.

Meanwhile, Kieran overshares his thoughts about the Chancellor's comments.

On the music front we have a new track from Swindon's very own Atari Pilot, and Sean selects a track from his workmates at the Joiners, Jetski Babylon.

The show is created by Kieran Moore in Trowbridge and Jon Ponting in Cricklade.
