We're joined on this week's Sheer Isolation by Tom Mallard from the Riverbank Studios in Chippenham.
This community based recording and rehearsal studio offers support to teens through tutoring, reachout programmes, and giving young people a space to work together on musical projects.
As if the impact of Covid wasn't bad enough, Riverbank also lost its home last year and has based itself temporarily in an empty retail unit in the centre of town.
On the playlist, we have a tune from Bristol pop-rockers, Rozelle, who have a new EP coming out next month. Tom picks a track from Tea & Biscuits - a success story of the Riverbank Studios project.
In other news, Kieran talks about how he's helping identify musicians from old demo tapes submitted to Glastonbury, and we discuss how a mini-version of Download is going ahead with a full UK line-up.
This episode was created by Kieran Moore in Trowbridge and Jon Ponting in Cricklade.
Don't forget to look for us on the schedule of your local community radio station; we're on the airwaves in Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Somerset.
