Description

In this episode we talk with Sarah, whom started doing a hot yoga and transitioned to strength workouts. In February of 2019, she realized that she wasn’t healthy and didn’t feel good about herself. Like most people, Sarah felt lost and insecure in a gym, which lead her to the thought of quitting. Sarah’s sister said, “If you don’t want to do it, then quit.” Sarah owned her current state of health and decided to take matters in her own hands. Now she is consistent in her workouts and counting macros and calories. “Eat to live and not live to eat”- @saraherent
