People ask me all the time how to get their core stronger. Then I tell them they need to lift more. They give me this confused look then ask how to get a six-pack and that's when I know that we have to have a discussion about the difference between core and abs. Today, we're going to talk about the different types of strength you can develop and I'm going to give a couple of examples of exercises you can do to strengthen your core.
