JOHN CLEARY - CONFLICT MANAGEMENT FOR ONE
I heard of, and from, John for the first time during the International Mediation Awareness Week 2022. It was during the afternoon of the last day of the Week,
where John was talking about his – as he calls it – invention: ‘Conflict Management for One’ or ‘CM-1’. This
episode is mostly devoted to this type of mediation, as it has grown in significance over the recent times and – I must say – the audience of the International Mediation Awareness Week showed a high level of interest in CM-1.
John trains mediators in this technique, but also provides other mediation services, such as property settlements. While his background is in separation and divorce, he also works in Strata and workplace dispute resolution.
