My guest in today’s episode of Mediation Today is Sergio
FONTANA, a mediator from Modena, Italy.
Sergio joins me from his home city of Modena, in
Italy. We met at 2024 Mediation Retreat, run by Greg Rooney and Margaret Ross. Sergio is a mediation practitioner, but also a manager, running a mediation
organisation that engages more than 60 individual mediators. He has been the Head of the MODENA office for “InMedio”- Mediation Panel from 2017 to today. I would think that this is a highly demanding role in which, Sergio tells me, he finds many concurrent challenges in the two side of his job.
