Connecting with people and building better relationships really comes down to being kind to people. Taking time to be kind and treat everyone all the same and making sure they feel loved.
Growing up my mom used to tell me this all the time. Treating everyone the same whether they're a CEO or a janitor because we're all humans at the end of the day.
