Today's guest Dr. Jacquelyn Turner knows about fear. She was many times the only person, or one of the only people, of color in the courses leading up to obtaining her medical degree. And even as she entered various hospitals as "Dr Turner" she still was disappointed by the lack of diversity and mentorship she witnessed.
