Creating products takes money, sometimes lots of it. But running the business also takes money. What if there were a way to get money for your product in advance, so you could start production KNOWING you have a validated product that people are clamoring for? That’s the idea behind crowdfunding. In this video, I talk about what crowdfunding is, how it works and what you should be doing to have the best chance for success.
Wouldn’t it be great if you could make money and build up a list of raving fans at the same time you validated your product idea? With crowdfunding you can. But you need to be careful. Sites like Kickstarter and Indiegogo can be great, but you need to know your marketing and setup your community correctly from the beginning so you can get as many investors to pledge to your brand as possible to get to your goal.
