Ladies - We are flying to Sydney this week for a conference. One of my biggest values is an adventure (clearly from last weeks podcast)



So it was important to me when designing my business & lifestyle that I would include travelling.



When I worked in the corporate world I also travelled for work and noticed that many people would slide into old or bad habits and use travel and being out of the natural environment to get lazy with their health.



DO NOT let travelling for work/business be your excuse for eating crap (or skipping meals) stopping your exercise or grabbing fast food or extra caffeine.



When you are travelling your body is under more pressure so it's EVEN MORE important to fuel it WELL.
