So Every Monday I start my day with a massage.
The voice visits regularly, telling me things like:
“you can't afford it”
“you don’t have time”
“You are being overindulgent”
“Bratty, spoilt, high maintenance”
“You're wasting day cause you're like a space cadet after and don’t get anything productive done”
And instead of listening to this and using it as an excuse to “get back to being busy” and filling my time with “productive, high priority action steps” that I can tick off a list to make myself feel momentarily more accomplished
I devote myself to this practise & as a reminder to CHOOSE, to declare to myself & the universe, I have and am creating a life & lifestyle I deserve and enjoy.
… I continue to do it with religious discipline because it's this choice to put myself first again and again and again which declares to myself & the universe, I have and am creating a life & lifestyle I deserve and enjoy.
