Perfect timing for this Podcast.
I've noticed most people follow the herd over the holiday time. Which generally means eating crap, stopping their workout routine, drinking more alcohol and generally letting it all hangout.
Which is fine ... if you consciously choose that- My challenge is watching people do this as a result of "what everyone else does" and "what they did last year"
It's time to start questioning the status quo and coming up with your own conscious choices for your holidays season.
For me, the holidays are the time to reset and rejuvenate which means I still train, do my morning walk and have more time to prepare healthy nutritious food.
Which will you choose ? To Master your life and live your dreams or be part of the Masses who consume like crazy over the holiday period.
