You know what I'm talking about. The thing that happened to you or maybe it's something someone said or did to you?
The story you keep telling yourself and others. EVERYONE has one! Only a few of you will be aware enough to choose it, the rest of you will react to what's happened and wonder why nothing ever works for you, why is life so hard, painful.
Spending time in your head worrying, being scared, feeling unsafe, feeling unworthy, doing anxiety or depression, or what ever it is for you. Overachieving, overworking, party girl, good girl.
It's time to do something simple to transform your life.
