Yep - Happy Monday!
Today is MONDAY, the day AFTER Christmas and Boxing Day. 2 days we wait ALL year for!
Most of us crave these few days to relax, break our own rules, eat more than we usually would, devour the foods we usually avoid, drink more, throw our exercise routine out the window, pretend the scales don't exist and just chill and be Merry.
However - Although we crave this FREEDOM most of us struggle with it at the same time. Get to a point where we feel sluggish, tired, bloated and craving some structure and routine again. You will all have a different threshold and if you tune into yourself you will start to feel your body giving you clues.
Today we dive into how to have SPACE and STRUCTURE. How TRUE freedom and relaxation is in the present moment and a combination of each end of the spectrum. As humans, we attach to one end of the extremes and life becomes like a WILD out of control see-saw.
I will share how I nourish and cultivate both ends of the Spectrum and integrate ALL PARTS of myself to reduce the extreme effects of what most call "The Holidays' Blues" How to use this time, your thoughts, bodies impulses and feelings to create space and structure.
How to make peace with the part of yourself that says "I want to eat it all and do nothing" and the other part that is saying "I'd rather eat healthily and I'd love to go for a walk. These parts are "fighting against each other atm. Therefore you feel conflict. Once we integrate these parts YOU WILL HAVE PEACE AND PRESENCE so you can live in the moment FREE of conflict and struggle.
