Today we hear from Emily who strives for a balanced, not burnt out life. After commuting for hours a day, working full time, going to grad school full time, and more, she realized that this is not the way she wants herself or others to live. She created her own training and business after not finding anything out there that spoke to what she was feeling and experiencing.

TYPES OF BURNOUT:

  1. Volume - “bumper to bumper” lifestyle, exhausted at the end of every day
  2. Boredom - lots of us experience this during COVID, uninspired, stuck
  3. Social - people pleasers/ trouble setting boundaries
