So… today is my first posting with a video recording of myself while recording my next podcast.
After such an awesome podcast with my last guest Manisha Smith, I found that the concept of confidence was still resonating still ringing deep in my soul. I kept seeing chances to build my confidence, opportunities to resource my confidence through my thoughts, through my experiences. This idea of confidence is super important!! As I grow older and more loving toward myself, I realize that in order to love I must be able to rely on myself. Let's talks some more, here, at A Dirty Ball of Clay!!
