In this episode I sit down with the creator of the Instagram page @explore.cincinnati, Ben Plotkin, and he talks about what motivated him to start learning about his hometown in ways that he never knew. Ben also shares his favorite restaurants around the Cincinnati area, his desire to help and promote locally owned businesses and his dream to one day open an Art-Deco inspired burger joint!
