Description

Rachel is a multi-discipline motorcycle racer from southwest Indiana.

She's been racing motorcycles since age 5 and currently competes in Grand National Cross-Country (GNCC), enduro-cross, national enduro, and extreme enduro.  She's also an X-games bronze medalist and International Six Days Enduro (ISDE) world champion.

In today's episode, Rachel and I talk about the different off-road racing disciplines she competes in. She tells us about her training regimen, choice and preferences in motorcycles, life as a privateer racer, and as usual, we explore every rabbit hole along the way.

Show corrections: While I obviously don't recall, it is very possible Conrad Stodgell is more responsible for the mini-bike racing idea then I thought.
