Matt Swigart has been in ministry for 20 years in a broad range of settings. Starting with his wife Christina and their 3 children Caitlyn, Caleb and Lucy, to local church ministry to currently being the Head Men's and Women's Tennis Coach at the University of Northwestern - St. Paul and being the Director of Coaches Training and the LEADMissions Team with LEAD222. Matt is wired like a coach and team builder and is blessed any time God answers his prayer to "Be positioned for maximum influence for God's Kingdom."
Heather Statser serves on staff with LEAD222 . and has held the position of Women’s director and missions coordinator for the last year. She has 10+ years of Student Ministry experience. Heather is a wife of 13 years and has two daughters who are 11 and 6 years old.
